La Liga clubs actually support him. Only big dogs are against him.
He is a master politician tbh, using divide and conquer brilliantly

Might as well try to sign the players they planned for the summer in January, but this current situation is simply not sustainable. No money and no major trophies will lead to severe consequences for the club and an eventual sale of a stake in the club.

It just seem inevitable at this point.

Yes, we should not be selling anymore assets. The cl exit is huge both in terms of feel good factor and financially. Alot of posters here yapping about liga success but nowadays that's not enough. Maybe good for the EPL but not enough for la liga. A good cl run would have shown potential signings that we are on track and we'd continue to attract talent. If we continue to bomb 8n cl players will not be bothered and look at other clubs.

A Barcilliant post without mentioning Xavi by name, I'm impressed.

FC Barcelona announces that it will not be attending the Extraordinary General Assembly called by La Liga in Dubai next week, described as ‘of an urgent nature’ to all the clubs involved.

In the aforementioned Extraordinary General Assembly extremely relevant business is on the agenda concerning the modification of Statutes and General Regulations of La Liga that requires prior debate and a more extensive and participatory analysis to come to the best consensus that such a wide-ranging reform deserves.

FC Barcelona’s position has always been that of reaching consensual agreements after having examined the issue coherently and respecting all positions.

For that reason, we do not believe it is the right time to travel to Dubai for an event which could well take place at LaLiga’s headquarters and once again we show our opposition to any form of action that we consider damaging to the rights and interests of FC Barcelona.

La Liga is a clown show. They are lucky Madrid and Barca play there, or else they'd be worse than Portuguese league.

Real Madrid have also confirmed that they will not be participating in the Assembly either.

La Liga under Tebas will be destroyed. What a fool this man is. Is there no way to get rid of this idiot. Surely Laporta and Perez are more powerful than this clown and can remove him???

Did the recent Cruyff quote about FFP limiting Barca registration in January refer to this time in 2 months?
Some are boring, some are not.

A good take in my opinion, you can hate Tebas for what we think as more restrictive measures to put us in a hole, but I agree with the above articles (from a pro-Barca interests source) that him putting a stop to more levers is good for us. We can't keep selling our future to make ends meet, otherwise we will turn into a SAD soon.

We'll turn into a S.A.D soon enough Luft once the Super League project is killed off and we realize that we're unable to fix our finances and possibly even compete for titles if we keep losing out the best players in the market to our rivals while we're bargain hunting and wasting our few resources on mediocre players and managers.

    It's inevitable.

I don’t know about the inevitable part, if we can ride the storm out in the next 3-4 years (La Liga contender but not in the CL), we might be able to start seeing better days. The biggest threat to the club in terms of becoming a SAD is the debt, including the new 1.5 billion that we have yet to borrow for Espai Barca. If everything goes as planned, we will have to set aside 50m or so a year to repay the debt, and if Espai Barca is generating us the 200m (or 120m as they recently downgraded the forecast) extra revenue, we might be OK. Still worse off than Madrid and those state clubs but much better than today.
