It was a long interview it seems, many political answers obviously but some good ones.
I didn't watch it, but from my understanding he is asked about it. I don't think you would expect him to say "Messi hates me" :lol:

2 things here:
What he is basically saying, we can sign new players if their contracts ends this season, i.e loan. But can't register currently renewed players.
Mainly because they had changed the rules in November, after Barca already signed renewals.
2-Does the 200M includes current salaries? Or next season salaries? Does it include currently loaned players?

You mean Tebas changed on purpose the rules in November, having seen Barca's strategy
in an attempt to PURPOSEFULLY block any similar future moves and keep the club below FFP margin
