There is only one perspective. Benzema and Vinicius shit on our forwards and wingers.

Vinicius was a joke even amongst his own team before this year. 'Fictitious'. Kind of like how people hate on Dembele and called him Dumbele. If he was here, have no doubt he would have been frozen out well before he became anything.

This attitude is on every football forum in the world, there are always people claiming the rivals have better players and that players like Dembele suck, forgetting RM have played shite like Asensio many games this season. They have their own sacred cows (KCM) too. They don't have as good as a roster as you imagine, although it is better.

You talk about Auba as if he is a bum, when he is one of the best strikers in LL (sadly). Until last season he was scoring 30 goals a season for Arsenal & has an amazing goalscoring record at every team he played for.

Not Benzema level, but 'Arsenal reject' is just a little out of context no? He is not world-class or CL winning level but he is good enough to compete in LaLiga.

Even in the sacred cows area their sacred cows are pissing on ours.

What are you even arguing about? Madrid's squad and team is clearly better. OK, fine, you don't believe it's a lot better. It's just better and will get even better next season.

OK, fine Aubameyang is a good player. Was just a coincidence that he is an Arsenal reject as he had problems with the manager. Benzema is levels ahead and probably favorite for the Ballon d'Or at the moment. Man is having a Cristiano / Messi season.

Because I think if we do badly next season and get embarrassed in Europe again, it will be claimed we have a terrible squad and it's not down to Xavi. It isn't and won't be better than Real's but it's a clear 2nd in Spain too.

Guys like Pedri, Araujo, Frenkie, Dembele would play good minutes at any club in the world. Even teams like Man City have their weak spots, we would bitch to the moon and back about players like Zinchenko. The situation we have with the squad and sacred cows is bad but not unique.

Auba is second best striker in the league. Trying to hard ignoring why he left Arsenal to try and label a reject as if Xavi working miracles.

Big reason for Benzema season will be his coach also. Team set up brilliant and cohevsive front three pulling along a team that concedes lot of goals v decent sides.

We have a team that should finish 2nd or at worst 3rd in Spain. That we can agree on.

We don't have a team for the title, but we should challenge for the title on the basis that you only play against Madrid 2 out of 38 games.

Xavi will not get a free pass just because Madrid have a much better team. I explained above why.

But what I don't like is people trashing him after he overperformed compared with the expectations. AFTER 6 MONTHS! You guys are changing the rules of the game in the middle because of pure delusion.

When Xavi was signed, we were willing to sign off for the top 4 and CL as we were pure trash. Guy beats all top teams he faced, wins the Clasico 4-0 on Bernabeu, and fans still shit on him.

It's too much, too childish and delusional.

Agree with everything you wrote. Overall he had a good season, it would have been great if he could do better in cups but our performance there was very poor. Balanced out by our great league run however.

Just saying that like you said he can't get a free pass next season.

Barca have second best squad in league.

Did well to put run together when new signings came in and Pedri/Dembele came back from injury and tailed off a bit.

Nothing delusional about any of the complaints folk have in last couple months and no one claiming he should be sacked or failed to get top four.

Top four was not only aim..the Spanish Cup, Super Cup, CL and Europa all could have done better in also.

Barca were always making top four when got those players in.

In European cups there is the mental factor that will take a bit of time to recover from. The core of this team is mentally shot whenever under great pressure. Even the fans abandoned ship like rats vs Eintracht. It's a major problem that will take good years to fix.

Always excuses.

'Mental barrier'.. not Barca were outcoached v Frankfurt and were poor v Bilbao etc and couldnt beat Benfica although that was early doors.

Among the moaning and bitching on the manager, during Xavi's first 6 months, it's useful to have a look at some objective facts since Xavi came...

...And still, people shit on the manager because surprise surprise. A team in early reconstruction and with no money to make top transfers doesn't play with grace and consistency.

The normal rating of Xavi's season is he did a great job (good at the very least), with some awesome moments far beyond what was anticipated (nobody believed we'd trash both Atletico and Real Madrid), and with expected problems that he will have to correct next season, with the addition of some top players which is an absolute must.

Then we can talk about tactics and such, and problems and things to correct. But those things are fucking normal. We can work on those knowing that we did a good job overall since Xavi came.

In terms of results, there's zero question Xavi did the job he was hired to do mid-season- dig us out of a hole and get us a CL spot. Let's see what he can do next season. It's still going to be a rebuilding team and Barca finances are going to limit things to some degree. What's desperately needed are at least a couple of players who can provide something exciting and entertaining in attack. Ansu may be one.

Serghei, delusional is being happy with the results while performing this horribly. When will Xavidembcross relent? When will Torres' infinity leash be shortened? When will Xavi reopen the midfield? When will our best midfielder get playing time? These are very serious questions which continue into next season.

Sack Xavi now and the amigos can leave too. Especially his sidekick Busquets. I'm annoyed af that we never learn. Socis and Catalan fans are the biggest pussies too. I would love for some corporate to have a large share in the club. We need results and greater professionalism. The romantic myth of Barca DNA gets exposed more and more in Europe.
