This might be why Barca are keen on Azpilicueta, who is a leader who barks out instructions and sweet talks refs into decisions. Koulibaly is another 1 who is leader material.

Have a hard time seeing anything change, signing 1 or 2 new veteran players with "personality" can't fix the mess. Not that it's an easy task of course, especially without money.

The lack of leadership was obvious this season. Of course we know why. Messi. Too big shoes to fill in.
Busi might be the captain, but his performance and leadership ability is questionable. Xavi is the real captain, but he has to do it from the sidelines which is... smh.
