    They belong into the first league. When I was growing up they were a big club and had legendary players.

    Yeah, that Irureta team with Makaay, Tristan, Djalminha, Valeron,.. at the start of this century was really great. It's really sad to see them in their current state.

    Galician football in general seems to be struggling these days with Celta also almost being relegated to Segunda.

    Pandiani as well. One of my favorite players at the time.

    A real shame as it was a proper team back in the day and my favourite back then along with Baraja at Valencia was Valeron. He was a creative mastermind on the ball.
