Eto'o's best personal seasons are the 2010/2011 one with Inter and the 2003-2007 ones with Mallorca and Barcelona.
After the knee injury in 2007 he was not in his prime anymore, yet he still managed to be decisive and clutch AF in the 2009 Treble season, mainly as a finisher.
But prime Eto'o was much more than that: he could play anywhere upfront and could dribble, score and assist with ease.
That's why his 2010/2011 season with Inter has been incredible: it is as if he was back to his mid 2000s physical prime, he scored, assisted and dribbled for fun and carried a basically finished team (yes, post-Treble Inter was a team full of finished (once top) players and which was starting to be filled with mediocrity (Kharja, Ranocchia, etc.)) to further success while breaking team scoring and assists records in the process.
