Neuer, Hernandez and Sane are for sure out of this match.
M?ller might not start as he had various problems after his Covid quarantine. First he missed a match because of cold symptoms, then he started against Plzen but after scoring and assisting he went out with back trouble that took him out of the next match against Dortmund, too. He got 20 minutes in the Cup match against Augsburg last wednesday and assisted, but missed the weekend match because of a stomach bug.
Bayern is qualified but if Inter wins against Plzen needs to win this match to already win first rank in the group on MD 5. So I doubt that Nagelsmann does not play the best available squad. Bayern has not lost a CL group match since a 0:3 against PSG in 2017 that got Ancelotti sacked (since then only drew three times - twice against Ajax, against Atletico Madrid with a C squad)

Inter play Viktoria Plzen about 2 hours before the Barca-Bayern match.
The players and fans will know before the match starts if there is hope for CL knockouts or not.

That might backfire as you have to believe in Bayern's bench and youth players winning against Inter next Tuesday... - if Inter lose points today Bayern does not have anything to fight for as they are first in the group.
