Bar?a to wear the logo of the singer, Drake (the first to surpass 50 billion streams on Spotify), on the front of their jersey against Real Madrid

Well, this is positive for our image too, whether one is a fan of this music or not. Of course, let?s just hope Madrid do not piss on us now.

Doubt it's going to be for sale. Would be an L for Spotify if a bunch of people walked around with a discreet Drake logo when Spotify have paid so much for the exposure.

Its depressing to see what are the options for the backline, and knowing that xavi would play ancient one and fuckboy its something you just cant be hyped. Put alonso or alba and roberto in the mix and you can throw your tv out of the window.

I wonder what the optics of this release are though. Did Shopify sublet this space to Drake?

Because for them, this is the biggest game of the year so far to advertise the Shopify app on the Barcelona jersey. And being an away game, they do not have the benefit of peripheral advertising space to coincide with a campaign.

As for the kit itself, I reckon it gets released as a limited edition shirt, probably at 3x-4x the usual retail price, and that it will go for big on the secondary market after being snapped up by bots- bar a members giveaway or two.

But again, what are the optics of this as the large beneficiary of this would be Nike (who are experienced with collabs) and you would think Drake himself would take a chunk rather than ourselves or Spotify.

It's interesting, but bar the mileage it seems it won't do jackshit for us financially.

The Drake collab is good. Need to appeal to modern, urban, younger fans. Barca has been coming across as a club living off the glories of its past. Laporta and the board are making some progress, atleast off the field, in revitalizing the image of the club.

Roberto pique garcia alonso
Busquets

Damn.

If they play, I won't even watch the game.

But this would probably be our 11:
Ter Stegen
Roberto, Kounde, Garcia, Balde
Pedri, Busquets, Gavi
Raphinha, Lewandowski, Dembele
