Newly promoted Nottingham Forest has spent more money on transfers so far this summer than Atletico, Sevilla, Real Betis, Sociedad, Villarreal, Valencia & Bilbao combined and can pay a player a salary of over €10m per year. Unreal how far La Liga is behind in terms of money.

Forest is a bigger club than all of those combined.

Videogame company EA Sports will become the main sponsor of La Liga starting in the 2023/24 season. The competition will be rebranded as 'La Liga EA Sports'. It will double the league's revenue. [cope]

With EA losing the FIFA license imagine them calling the game LaLiga Football, with added diving features and all teams pace reduced to 50.

I just remembered that Madrid are highly average without Benzema and haven't bought a backup. Will be tough for them if he'll pick up an injury.

If they 'valverde' another League I will be a bit annoyed. Such an uninspiring team.

You can take Braithwaite from us. The perfect backup for Benz.

Incredible offer, but we have to decline, Braithwaite belongs in Barcelona, wouldn't be fair of us to sign one of your biggest legends.
