When will Xavi be fired?

Fired for what exactly? Took the team from 9th and got it 2nd.

He will get into trouble if he doesn't make the top 3 next season, or possibly if we finish at a huge difference from Madrid again. Or if we go out in CL groups like it happened this season.

If we win some title next season we should build him a statue in front of Camp Nou instead of firing him.

Steady on.

He doesnt deserve a statue and not as big an achievement as that.

Need to see his team after a summer he has had time and if he adapts.

His coaching was horrific in last couple months and didnt react to teams adapting but need to see how team looks after summer.

Yeah... yeah... horrific coaching to beat every top 8 side in Spain and trash one of the 3 best teams in the world 4-0. Terrible...

Aye... last couple months.. you miss that bit.

Horrific coaching is losing four of five at home v average teams. Losing EL to Frankfurt and being outcoached in those games.

Make out it was some modern day miracle to get top four when had Dembele/Pedri returning and signed payers for 60m while being something like 6 points off top four when took over.

Had a good run before teams got wise to the tactics and was lost money on the CL exits, Super Cup, Spanish Cup, EL exits etc.

Worst case scenario let's assume this is the team he starts next season:

ter Stegen
Dest/Azpi - Araujo - Pique - Alba
Pedri - Busquets - Gavi/Kessie
di Maria/Ferran - Auba - Ansu

It's not great, but if Xavi is a good manager he need to elevate them to a level where they'll end 2nd and not be 10+ points behind Real Madrid halfway through the season. Also get past the group stages and reach R16 at the minimum in the CL.

Also need to play better football.

If we're still performing like we did the last couple of months of the season he'll be gone by Christmas. Because there's only so much leeway we can allow a manager if both the results and football is horrible. Especially when said manager requested and got a 55m signing and insist on starting some of his old former team mates.

Since Xavi is tiki taka icon, so no matter how Barca play on the pitch, it is always called tiki taka.

He won't leave, at least in 3-4 years.

Van Gaal and Mourinho were ambitious appointments. Both big name managers.

Barca had EV who is a good manager.

Mourinho is still their best manager post-Fergie, which i guess says a lot more about the rest than it does about Mourinho.
