Ah, well, didn't know that about SEAT.

To my knowledge it's not allowed to have ownership in two clubs. For example Roman Abramovich had to give up his stakes at CSKA Moscow to be recognized by UEFA as owner of Chelsea FC.

The two Red Bulls made changes to their corporate structures to comply with UEFA rules, of course the controversy remains as these things are just technicality. Just like Abramovich who "resigned" from Sibneft. Yeah.

Oh so that's why the club did a 180

Barcelona and La Liga had advanced an agreement for CVC last week. Tebas demanded a statement from Bar?a, distancing themselves from the European Super League. Tebas also promised to adjust the salary margin to the needs of the club if the agreement was finalized. [rac1]

Tebas should go out and pressure UEFA to penalize oil clubs, rather than try to bring down the super league. he has deliberately created this wage level to put pressure on the clubs but has not seen similar restrictions on PSG or man city or Chelsea.

CVC deal is like Chinese debt trap - pledging your Tv right but you have to spend 75% on capital activities why the club should free to do whatever they want. in long run club would be force to borrow more and would come back to CVC for more funds it is a trap in build that which club would not able to understand

Building and expanding clubs' base, ie, infrastructure, branding and international development, innovations and content development etc. is the right direction for clubs to grow themselves in the long term, and are the right things to do. If they had set no conditions and allowed clubs to spend the CVC however they want it, that wouldn't be good at all, because you will have clubs that spend the majority of the money on transfers or just to pay off debt, which doesn't help clubs grow.

🚨| The legality of the CVC deal is being examined following the complaint by Real, Bar?a and Athletic Club.

? The Spanish Government has withdrawn it's approval and the matter is in the hands of a higher judge.

? RFEF says the deal is illegal.
