It's pretty much accepted that Klopp and Guardiola are the 2 best managers in the world these recent years.

But who's next? Who's the 3rd best?? Vote and comment!

This is the real list of best managers in the world:

1) Xavi
2) The bald fraud Xavi carried from 08-12
3) The rest

No wonder nobody's voting in a poll which doesn't have Xavi and Valverde

You know the answer. If you don't, just ask this guy, anything. He's like a Pokemon.

The reason I didn't put the likes of Xavi in is obvious. This is based on recent years overall not right now this very moment and you need to have actual accomplishments to be in the running.

As of now, I'd put Xavi in the young emerging managers category alongside people like Arteta, Viera and Gerrard.

It's ridiculous that it's not broadly accepted (as it is accepted that Pep and Klopp as top 2) that Tuchel is top3
Guy has worked wonders the last years, and Chelsea's squad pales in comparison to other top clubs in many key areas.

The interesting question IMO is what happens in the spots between 4 and 8 or so
Simeone currently IMO might not even be in the top 10

Flick would have been def. top4 if he was still in club football, but he is gone.
I think Poch (despite his spell at PSG) and Conte fight for the 4th spot
Then you have Nagelsman and Ten Haag right there in 6-7 place.
Arteta and Xavi are both rising, but not yet there
All the rest follow them

Agree but Simeone has to be top 10. Just won the league last season.

Top5

Pep
Klopp
Tuchel - underrated guy, he is like Klopp 2.0, made Mainz great, made Dortmund great (had not as much success as Klopp but also didnt have the same quality of players), made PL club great
Flick
Valverde

Valverde better than Conte? I'm really not sure about this one Fati...
