Endrick

If the price is OK (not extremely high), I'd still take the plunge and gamble it. If a young player doesn't work out, we can still sell him, if he works out, we hit the jackpot like Madrid did with Vinicius. Much better than buying low-risk old players in their 30's in my opinion.

These guys rarely go below 30m. Those 30m can buy you a Koulibaly.

Will take a few years before we are able to invest 30m in future signings instead of using it right away.

Our problem is not being able to spend a lot money on players is it? Is it not being able to register them afaik

I am sure we can spend a significant amount of money on players but whats the point if we currently cannot even register Christensen and Kessie?

This kid doesn't just shoot, he blasts rockets into the net. Amazing power in the shot.

We can make him the big target for future CF
if we sign Lewa now, he will play 3 years until 25, when we can get this kid in.
Real Madrid will always be fixated in Mbape, and will focus on getting him in '25. As far as LL is concerned, we will not be having competition to sign him

Real wont adjust signings now for Mbappe possibly in x3 years.

Would not be surprised in slightest if they move on Enderick if Baca get close to his signing.

Given that he can come to Europe in '25, and not before,
they will only move for him if they decide against Mbape. But I don't think they will decide that

Real wont make any decisions now with the belief they can sign Mbappe in 2025 and Enderick can be signed up by a club long before he physically moves there.

Endrick and Mbappe won't effect eachother.

If Madrid are confident in the development of Endrick they will try to buy him.

Worth noting we were linked to 15 year old (1m83) Rayan of Vasco. Madrid also linked a few days later.

History has shown that since Neymar Madrid will go 30-40m for a top Brazilian prospect without blinking.

Might sound wild, but if it's 60m to be paid in 2024 and it doesn't affect the salary cap now or our rebuild until then, I wouldn't mind us signing him if there's a consensus within the scouting staff that he's legit.

We lost out on Vinicius and Rodrygo because we didn't move quickly enough and relied on a hack in Andre Cury who had verbal agreements with both but never signed anything.

Madrid move quickly and put pen on paper rather than relying on old school handshake agreements.

That is what was being reported last week.

Barca would try and tie up a deal that wouldnt impact the accounts for a couple of seasons.

Vini and Rodrygo both had deals in place and Real came in and blew Barcas offer out the water financially late in the day. Were far from late on those two. Same with Jesus.

When you have deals in place you fly out your legal team(if necessary) and reps and sign the contracts. Barca can say that they had the deals in place but Real Madrid offered more money and had the deals signed within days while Barca were caught dicking around.

Same also happened with Yan Couto. But this is the old board so hopefully Laporta does things quicker.

Regarding Endrick, we would be wise to keep an eye on the current 16/17 year olds in Brasileiro first. All the top Brazilians in Europe break through at 16 to Serie A.

Best to wait till the likes of Endrick and Rayan prove themselves already starting in the top flight first while trying to be first to the current batch in the top flight like Gabriel, Marco Leonardo, Andrey (Serie B).

Otherwise we may well stump our funds in another Gabriel Veron who broke through quick and then fizzled out of the first team dynamics for his club.

Differnet argument but they were not late to the table. They had agreed deals and before signed were gazumped by Real and pulled out rather than increase offer again.

Deals are always in place before signed. They dont get agreed and signed on the spot and they didnt lose out due to being slow on uptake.

There are ways. A pre-contract could be signed.

We don't know the inside details of those deals though. Neymar's only came out after a long legal case.
