Tell me the difference between current Busi and 14/15 Busi. Even if you compare current Busi to one of his best season ever (10/11), statstically, he is even superior in some aspects.

The difference is his team back then and his current team.

Put Xavi from 2013-2015 to play as a starter in current team then you will ask why a finished player like him can play.

Any team with prime xavi Iniesta is winning. Busquets is irrelevant.
