Well after WC 2018 I "crossed" this Spain. And look at them now...
We shall see how will they stand against France.
Andres DON Iniesta is the only player in football's history to be Man of the Match in a Champions League final, EURO final and World Cup final.

Really love to watch Gavi. He always makes the deep run.

Who played that perfect pass that he could follow to later pass it towards the right? Eric/Laporte?

I love that from Garcia where Mbappe tripped himself and cried btw.

Tbh, it's odd to play Busi and Rodri together in a midfield trio. It's a loss of speed and it shows.

Spain really is the blueprint how we should play.

Minus Busi - Rodri together. Also, much prefer a more classical 9 than Sanabria.

I don't really like it either.
Wonder if this will be considered a 'high press' from France by the intelligentia of this forum after the game? I guess it depends on if Spain wins and if Busquets has a mistake or not...

Ferran has been poor. Worked so many balls and nothing.

Not talking players... just possession+strong wing play.

I wonder how much the fact that none of the front three of Spain ever are on a 70-75% pass percentage plays into Spain as a team playing pretty well most of the time...

Yea, that's what we should play. A dynamic 4-3-3 with technicality, fitness to be able to press high, and quick passing. We'd be the bomb if we play like that and had at least 1 world-class player upfront (big hopes on Fati).

That's the problem of Spain, they lack something up front.

Also, a bit too obsessed with playing Ferran here on the right. Seems Enrique is upset about it too.
