Yeah I would put Arsenal as favorite for 4th.
They already faced Man City twice in the league already and Arsenal can only focus on the league, since they are out of all other competitions.

It's between Arsenal and Spurs really. I would put 50-50, and 0 to everyone else, just keeping an odd % in case something crazy happens.
The others can't compete, and it will be evident after the suspended games are played out.
Between Arsenal and Spurs, it will be SUPER CLOSE IMO, and will come down to the wire

All these dropped points look good for Chelsea since they seemed at risk of being dragged into it at one point but they're now 7 points clear of the challengers and having played City and Liverpool both twice.
Good chance for Tuchel to prioritize the cups a bit more I guess in the last three months of the season
