He's in over his head. He isn't anywhere close to being ready as a starter for a club that wants to challenge for the league and CL.

Gavi is good, but Xavi is crazy if he thinks he can go a whole season with him as a starter... It feels like he's there to have a La Masia quota...

He 8s not a starter. He has potential but his minutes need to be limited.
Each and every player will look bad under Xavi cause he's clueless.

Plenty of time on his side but he's nowhere near ready to be a starter for this time at all.

Not sure what Xavi is thinking, FDJ is still miles better in this point in time than Gavi is.

He is not the same level of talent as Pedri is. The hype is getting to him, should not play as many games as he does currently. Needs to step back, and only use him as a sub in a backup role.
