Please be good. I have the most faith in Mingueza's phsyical no-nonsese approach than in the other defenders we have, who are either washed up, soft or injury prone.

As long as you are fine with occasional bad challenge or foolishness he will be good.

Yep. He's a 3rd choice CB and possibly a backup RB (although with Emerson and Dest there now that won't be necessary) at best. He is what Lenglet should've been when we bought him. And if Umtiti stayed fit, Lenglet would've probably stayed exactly that. Hopefully Araujo does stay fit, and Garcia develops into a worthy starter (or we buy someone else in the next 2 years, so that Oscar will stay what Lenglet should have.

Dont rate him as a CB all that highly or above what is there but after Dests performance on Saturday he could well start at RB if fit.

For home matches we'll need Dest because of attacking.
We already have too many sterile players.

Imagine Mingueza, Busi, Frenkie, Pedri, Griezmann combo.

1000 passes, zero shots.

At home matches we will need Cou, Dest, Dembele, Ansu, Depay. Everyone who have some attacking DNA.
