Regardless, this just doesn't take away that UEFA and FIFA are still corrupt companies. They don't care about the fans or the clubs, they only care about the money. They got scared about losing their biggest revenue and starting threatening teams left, right and center.

If this will take off, we are there. If this implodes (more likely now), we can back out without looking like twats and go through legalities.

Good. Folding of ESL is good news for football's sake. But UEFA should really introduce the proper format in CL to appease the big clubs, obviously nobody wants to travel to Kazakhstan and fans watch on TV football played on artificial turf. Unless they deserve it, of course, through a stricter qualification process. Reducing the number of teams to 24 IMO is for the good of the league, but a suicide for any UEFA president seeking reelection. Something has to be done.

Seems Juve were also deep in this.

The ring leaders of this should get a 2 year transfer ban. Gonna be hard to financially punish clubs during a pandemic as it creates a knock on effect, a CL or league ban also just weakens the competitions.

UEFA super League is here for quite a while, if you hadn't noticed. This Superleague was a way not to bleed money to UEFA rats and to make Barca better.

Never about small man against oligarchs.
