phew! Rennes' new Prez Nicolas Holveck just hinted during the HT interview that Raphina won't depart for Leeds F.C.

That's good news as he's their best player after Camavinga. Del Castillo and Traore are really poor in comparison.

I've read Rennes will sign Doku from Anderlecht. Don't know if this will still happen with Raphinha staying though.

Count Doku for 26 mil (5 years contract) looks all but confirmed. Apparently, he's flying in tonight and having the medical tomorrow.

and Holveck didn't outright deny it. He did say he'd prefer to keep a maximum of depth. If they really need the money, the should sell Castillo, Traore and Nzonzi instead. Nzonzi is so hot n cold. He can score the game winning header as well as have the weirdest airhead moments.

+ they could play Raphinha in LW and Doku RW. Raphi can also play RM and they could overlap. No surprise Bielsa wants him though as the dude digs gutsy, passionate ballers.

Been a good Mercato for Rennes with the additions of Dalbert (Inter) and Rugani (Juventus) on loan + Gomis (Dijon), Terrier (Lyon), Guirassy (Amiens) --> Dope! and Aguerd (Dijon).

Bielsa likes to OverRev so this the perfect player to rotate with Helder Costa

Raphinha has scored more goals for Leeds this season already then Kingsley Coman?s highest tally in a season.

Underrated player and way too good for Leeds.
