I thought in Europe lowest was 16. I didn't know some country could have 14. At least in Finland it's case by case, because if both sides want to have sex and they are 15 and 17 for example. Doesn't make the 17 peedo.

Look at where Spurs are now. Nobody wants to coach them, players want to leave. It's a shitshow.
Same thing happening with Bayern btw. Players see their services are valued higher somewhere else.

Mate he's pretty much said to the world that he wants to leave. It's been reported that he was celebrating Spurs letting him leave at his bothers wedding or something. Most of the ITK's think his move to City is a done deal.
The cap wouldn't really effect the EPL jugganauts because they could just increase their capital from their owners or states. Just like Atletico did in Spain.
The issue with Barcelona and Madrid (and Bilbao) is that they are fan owned models and thus should have differences/exemptions in the salary cap application. Something that Barca/Madrid did not foresee when it was introduced because who is going to expect a global pandemic. Although they should have fought (and refused to sign the accord) if their weren't clauses for events such as this. But that's hindsight, innit.
