Nope. Only if Chelsea win it and they finish 5th. Otherwise they don't get an extra place just because both finalists are English.

So if Chelsea win it and they also finish 4th, only first 4 places get CL

The loser of the final didnt get CL if they finished outside of top 4 before.

Isn't fourth place out of CL if Chelsea finish 5th and win CL? In other words, no more than 4 teams can qualify, no matter what.
