He's cheaper than other options, but he's a very big risk as well.

75m for Victor Osimhem, 80m for Nicolas Pepe. They will certainly try and hold out for a 70m+ fee when he goes.

I am sure they will ball park in those ranges which is also what Vlahovic went for, and Haaland will go for if his clause is used (lets ignore the agent fees).

His market value is 50m.
Pepe's 65m when Arsenal bought for 80m.
Osimhen's 40 when Napoli bought for 75m.

They know how to get maximum amount of money for their attackers, that's for sure.
