Serghei is spot on. If he wanted to leave for sporting reasons, he could've come out and said it. He's waiting for Barca to clear the situation becuase he wants (a) comfort and (b) money. He only signs with City/PSG if he cannot get the latter in Spain.

And yeah, there's like 0% chance he gives up on his huge wages to help out the club.
