Ousmane Dembélé

This is why Raphinha should start on the RW while Dembele should start on the LW..

Tru.

In those two minutes they've switched the sides Dembele did more than in other 100 minutes on the right (hit the post). But I knew sub will be coming soon. Why not at least give Raphinha 30 minutes or a half at RW?

Demb?l? against Inter Milan:
- 0/3 dribbles completed
- 5/24 crosses
- Lost possession 38 times
- 0/6 duels won
- 3 key passes
- 2 shots
- 3/3 long balls

sus.
pretty sure he dribbled past 2-3 players in one of the sequences for the chance for Raphina no?

Now imagine him being our highest rated attacker yesterday from all football sites with these stats, that tells you how funny our attack was.

Shit on him all you want; he was the only "hope" yesterday the others were "zzzzzzzz"

It may look like but it was because of Barca tactics which was - let's pass to Dembele and let him run like crazy than let him dribble and cross. The problem is 9/10 his crosses were to nobody and he couldn't find space to shot as well. Barca tactics is so easy to read and predict for every team.

So what useful thing did Barca do when he left the wing and waited in the box in the last 6 minutes? Or what useful thing did they do in the other wing. Team literally needs to be more creative, and they tend pass to Dembele most times since nothing else was working. Same thing almost ppened against Mallorca.

Doesn't also help as we were robbed of a penalty yesterday (there's a clip that shows it fully), so that's 2 important decisions in 2 UCL games gone wrong now

We really need to move on from Dembele. 5 years is a long enough time to judge. He's just never going to be a top player - it's just not going to happen. At best he might be a useful plan B or squad player to have and might be useful in a top team where he plays maybe last 10 minutes of a game every now and then.

The simple question is who's the plan A in the current team?

We'll have to get some quality forwards again though
