Ousmane Dembélé

I do think he could be much better without Messi if we start playing more direct rather than slow possesion all going through one player. I doubt he'll be fit enough to show it though

I know some of you want to be optimistic, but please for the sake of your own sanity don't become delusional.

Dembele, Coutinho and Griezmann will do fuck all with or without Messi.

If you want to be hopeful then the likes of Ansu and Pedri stepping up to the next level is where you should place your hopes. Not this injury prone, overrated twerp.

The reasoning is hilarious to see. We need more direct football to see Ousmane shin, even though he was completely useless in virtually most of the counters we had last season.

The delusions surrounding this player will never end.

To be fair he played on the left side or as some kind of CF last season. There are some player who just can't transfer their game to different positions. Dembele on the right (his natural side) looked pretty sharp, but I literally only have the Juventus game in his debut season in mind

I have no expectations or anything, but this season is a big opportunity for every player. We will see who steps up and who doesn't. It's a new game now.

Stupid people think the presence of a player can lower the level of an other for many many games even if Dem played with and without Messi.

Messi didn't wait for Ronaldinho to leave to show the world his talent, of course I'm not comparing the two but ffs thinking Messi presence has ruined Griez / Dem / Cou at the same time is plain stupidity.

Couldn't do anything with the worlds greatest player assisting him, I have no idea why people think he is suddenly going to start achieving things.

Messi didn’t really handicap them, they just don’t fit within the system of the team. In any case a true world class player would shine in any system, on any team even if it doesn’t play to their strengths. Coutinho, Dembele and Griezmann are still poor signings.

He would actually add something different to the team now, cause we're basically just passing left and right and waiting for an opening which Dembouz can create (just that he can also spoil things too)
