You're telling me if Bets had better players they'd, you believe, create better chances winning the match in the end? Because they didn't create better chances (which I showed) despite 'better possession'. You believe possession-based approach is vastly superior to any other and that, given appropriate conditions, it would prevail. Maybe. But that's another discussion. Which has little to do with Barca's match against Betis.

If you take away Messi, how much did we really create? not much.
Messi is carrying this team way to much.
Its not about posession really but rather the way to build up and passing game. Betis passing game was much better than ours, infact our passing game has been awful since valverde took over.
The players we have, or most of them, would benefit more from playing a type of football Betis plays rather than what Valverde plays.
Counterattacking football is also sooo boring to watch.

When you have the GOAT, you tend to rely on them. That's not inherently bad.

You know we had some pretty good perfomances without Messi at his best? (Real Madrid thrice, first half Lyon...)
