This rumours popped couple of days ago, and later it was said we discarded him as an option.
Honestly I would take him on loan. Can be backup for Alba, then we can buy a starter next summer, return Reguilon to Spurs and bench Alba

He is way better than Balde. He would be good option on loan. Better than Alonso. At least he is fairly quick and better in defense than Alba/Alonso.
