He has the talent but looks like mentality and fight isn't there. Such a soft player, low stamina, just a non factor who ghosts games. I think he's more talented than Antony for example but the latter shows determination and fight that Sancho just doesn't have in him, can't play this passive in the PL.

Should probably move back to Dortmund or a La liga club, think the league would suit him more.

He wouldn't be able to do jackshit against compact LL defenses because he has no yard of acceleration. Just look at how useless Hazard has been in LL since losing his pace.
