4 - Ronald Araújo

Ronald Araujo ended the game with some muscle discomfort and had to put ice. He’ll undergo tests tomorrow (Monday).

Hopefully won't play for Uruguay (they play friendlies anyway so no need to force him) but will be back for the Copa El Clasico.

Ara?jo's discomfort is nothing serious and it's no injury. However, the doctors consider he needs rest and he's not likely to feature for Uruguay against Japan and South Korea. [@AdriaAlbets]

Ara?jo is out for 2-3 weeks with an injury. His presence in the Copa del Rey game with Real Madrid is not in danger, in principle. [as]

Fake injury to get him some rest.

Don't think he'd agree to that.

I think this is one of those where Barca would rather spare Araujo from the 30+ hours round trip to Japan Korea.

Honestly, having an international break in Sept., Oct. & Nov. can make sense, but in March is dumb.

Rather remove the international break in March and play 4-6 games in June.

Vini is a great dribbler and got past him once. Got pocketed for the rest of the game though. Araujo was the only one actually defending, pretty hard to do when Kounde misses the ball every time.
