I watched three of Neymar's games in the copa.
Yes, he kinda slowed a bit, less dynamic than before. But this is not the main problem about him.
The problem in his playing is the fact that he loses too much balls, he wastes the possession too early because of unnecessary dribbles that don't work most of the times. He plays in a very selfish and individual way, even if his teammates are in a very good position, he most of the times kills the attack because of his obsession for fancy moves and some bullshit he loves.

He started crying after the game A LOT and it made sense since he's been clapped by Lille in french league , then clapped by City in the CL , this was his only chance to win something this year and he was clapped again.
Almost started to feel bad for him and then remember the snake that he is.
After crying for 10 mins straight the camera returned back to him and he was laughing and having fun with Arg players , lol.
He had a good game tho , still a great dribbler.
His fall from the top has been immense tho.
