Ask every player to reduce salary then and if they say no then they simply dont love the club.

FDJ is not daft he knows what games the club are playing.

Wouldnt even trust club have ever even asked him to reduce salary. They are full of shit any time are taking players on in these situations. Look at Messi situation or Dembele.

The way they have handled FDJ case looks bad from outside to this point.

At this point the only act proving love for the club is drastic reduction of salary.
It's OK if he doesn't want to do it, but then
i) he doesn't love the club BS
ii) he will have to agree to a transfer to a club that can pay him that

No player is going to reduce their salary due to 'love of club'. He will do it if thinks it benefits him long term if desire was strong enough to stay for good of his career.

Think the same ultimatum has been given to prove love for club to Pique/Alba and Busquets for 35% decrease? Unlikely.

Pique tried to make out he did but as usual was shite and the salary was deferred.

The 'love the club' thing is utter bullshit anyway. Frenkie would be a PSG player had we not offered more wages. Barto is the gift that keeps on giving, haunting us from beyond like a fucking stinky shit stain, it will take years to clean this club up.

He doesn't want to leave because 1. We pay retarded wages. 2. Barca is a pretty damn nice place to live and 3. His only alternative is Europa league at a club who haven't won their league in 9 years and counting. If PSG or City came in, he'd be off like a rocket.

Only way Barca come out looking good from this is if United pay up and we make a profit on him orr se queda and wage cut with deferred salary.

Barca didnt offer him more than PSG and PSG tried to offer him more after agreed to sign for Barca also.

By all accounts he left the financial side of it to his agent and agreed to sign for Barca more or less as soon as they showed full interest.

Frenkie is about to get 24 gross next season.

Players need to reduce salary to adhere to new wage policy introduced by the new administration
Their contracts were signed by previous administration who got the club bankrupt.
Whoever player pretends this hasn't happened and he can evade responsibility of adhering to the new wage policy, deserves all that the club is giving to Frenkie now and even more.
Simple as that

No, Barto gave him more as per all journalist covering the saga back then,
and Frenkie was complaining before that Barca do not "make intends" that they want him enough by offering substantial salary.

The, the whole forum is trying to explain to you that Frenkie and Amigos/Captains cases are not comparable, but you keep insisting.

You are on some strange mission of defending Frenkie on the aspects he is to be criticized,

Nah simple as this... no player is reducing their salaries for the 'love of the club' and usual bollocks from folk that get everything wrong time and again and have ni idea what is going on.

Pique, Alba and Busi wont give up their deferred salaries that take them over that 'new' salary structure either due to 'love of club'.

You should stop talking as if you know about structures at clubs when you took your latest L last week when called Salahs renewal completely wrong when I told you they would renew him above any other player.

FDJ and media have said the conversation was PSG for money, City Pep will eventually leave and with Barca their is a philosophy that will last and FDJ before knowing financial terms instructed agent to negotiate with Barca.

Media also reported PSG tried to get in contact with FDJ after he changed his mind to offer better terms and he would not listen as decided on Barca.

As ever you are wrong.

Still maybe one day you might be right on one of our debates.. not today though.

The situation of FDJ and amigos is same if arguing the reason to reduce salary is 'love of club' you numpty and there are ways to try and get amigos to leave also.

Frenkie isn't legally obliged to do shit. He has a contract with FC Barcelona, regardless if that was agreed with the previous board or the new one.

The only thing that can force him to leave is the fact he won't play that much. Xavi also seems to not rate him.

You are confusing responsibility with kindness or the willingness of a player to adhere to some new club strategy. It is not Frenkie's problem that Barca want to suddenly pay 10M net max as salary for a player.
