Digne is a very good player and was a good back up at Barca.

More than good in just hist first season there.

Unlikely Lenglet does better than him.

Not hating no buy clause. Loan can do alot to build his value.

If he fails at Conte Spurs, he will fail at any tier 2 team.

It would if he would do well then we would surely get 10m or whatever the option would be.

But it's better for us as now we can hope to get even more if he gets his career back on track.

As I've said before I don't like to include non-obligatory buy options when we are a "selling" club. Now if we would be the one trying to get a player on loan would clearly be the opposite.
