Sarri wanted him for his football, the moment he arrived Sarri was sacked, and then neither Pirlo nor Allegri appreciated his qualities.

Juve want him out due to his behaviour and fact he wheezes out his arse long before game is done as much as anything.
Been given opportunities and if was good enough could easily have forged a role in their midfield.
Their fans have exact same gripes Barca fans did on him.
Overly safe, poor range of passing, lacks fitness and not professional off the pitch.
Failed at both who had closer look at him than Arteta has.

Issue with Arsenal is that they have sunk in expectation. So less pressure on players to perform thus will attract type of player that will enjoy that kind of setting.
