Just watched ESPN Fc and the guys there were saying that they would be shocked if he stays at PSG for more than 1 season and that he will have a get-out clause. PSG couldn't say no as they would lose him for free anyway, so Mbappe will stay until after the Qatar World Cup then leave, and that the Qatar owners may lose interest in PSG and move on themselves.

I think it makes a lot of sense, make bank for a season then join Real next summer after the world cup. Qatar save face before their big event then it doesn't matter if he leaves next summer.

Alot of speculation for a guy who just signed for 3 years yesterday.

Psg is short of a good coach and sporting director to reach greatness. Will still always remain an oil state backed club. But from a sports project perspective he might not have made a bad choice. Also think mbappe loves paris more than most people think. Club prolly grew on him and all his friends are psg supporters.
