Jürgen Klopp

His problem is that he is too 'loyal' with his players, and doesn't replace them when the time is ripe

Firmino is done, his legs are gone, but he still starts important games
Milner is more than done, but Klopp asks every summer FSG to give him year-extensions
Hendo is close to being done.
Ox, Keita, and Thiago maybe play the minutes of 1 player combined due to injuries. But Klopp loves Ox and Keita, and is not replacing them

The md depth they have is laughable, but Klopp wouldn't go out to buy.
Makes 0 sense.
Football is cruel, doesn't allow for any kind of sentimentalism

Spot on.

They are not doing the hard job Laporta is currently doing. Trying to throw out everyone who is not good enough.. That's essential.

Tried to sell Ox though. No one will buy him coz of his wages.

Players will jump ship at first opportunity if they smell club bailing out at first opportunity, loyalty goes both ways and it isn't easy to replace elite players.

Firmino doesn't start anything crucial for at least a year now. Started Atleti in groups, Benfica home when they've secured semis in first tie and the United game when they were shambles. Benched or injured otherwise.
Milner is done but dont need to get rid when is on lower salary and you'll otherwise have no backup. All teams have his type of player and is useful to have
Injuries can't always predict, they've done fine to keep up last season and have like 4 midfielders out right now at the same time. RM 20/21 situation when had no RB for like 3 weeks and had to play Fede there

Klopp doesnt sell when doesn't need to and prefers working with young to get them up to speed.
Might need to reassess and get another vet in considering midfielders are mostly old

Look were too much loyalty got us. Deep ****.

Sure, there is always a needed balance.
Real Madrid shows such great balance tbh, Chelsea too and they are doing well.
Barca used that back in Laporta's first tenures, and many players who were forced out or took pay cuts had returned to the club in different positions after retirement (Deco, Marquez, Saviola, Kluivert)

Liverpool isn't doing too bad, but FSG is a bit stingy if we are being honest, they rely heavily on scouting and getting bargains over competing for players with the other big clubs.
It worked like magic for them, but volume 2 was always going to be more difficult.
It is already showing how difficult to replace Mane or prime Firmino despite getting very good players

Would like to see Klopp at Barca, Madrid or Bayern. Klopp has built very good teams but not teams that are DOMINANT. Pep has and that will be in his favor. Pep has had more money too but in the end titles won counts. Nothing else.
