I don't rate this guy at all. He gives me Lenglet vibes. I hope we'll buy a world class RB next summer so Araujo and Kounde can play as CB's.

Idk what you idiots are talking about. He played quite well. He wasn't at fault for the second goal it was completely on the weak press and ultimately entirely on Araujo

Our fastest defender yesterday. Don't know what's happened to Araujo but Christensen clocked a speed of over 32kmh.

Lenglet vibe when it comes to charisma. We need defenders who can speak out loud like Masche, Puyol, Pique, Rafa Marquez, Milito and other great Barca CB. Kounde and Araujo have that.

The sooner we fix the right back issue, the sooner we'll have a proper defense.

Spoke to Danish TV after the game and was asked about the substitution for Garcia. He said he was really physically tired after some sickness in recent weeks, still didnt feel 100% and couldn't keep intensity for a full 90'. Have followed this guy since he was a teenager, and has always seemed super honest. He was obviously not a his best yesterday, and can do better. Still think he'll come good soon and surprise most people here if they keep an open mind and not just dub him the new Lenglet because he doesn't shout alot.

Koude araujo Christensen and Alonso/ balde should be permannt defense. No rotations. Enough xavi!

Time for Christensen to step up the next 2 months. Him and Eric Garcia will make or break the season as October will be murderers row.

Think he's average at best. But that's....okay. We've had defenders ranging from 'not footballers' to 'pathetic' and everything in the middle that getting someone who is about average is actually acceptable for now, until we somehow focus on building up solid defenders from a long-term perspective.
