Is there any other club/clubs who have used financial levers ?

Aside from Real Betis who apparently plan to follow the same roadmap in order to be able to enroll new signings and therefore comply with LaLiga?s Financial Fair Play - they are too sell a percentage of ticket sales over the next 5 years

-Whole Liga & Liga 2, except for RM, Bilbao & Ibiza
-French league
-Bundesliga has started same process
-Man United is studying doing it for the stadium

Great captains we have. They really helped the club in this bad financial situation. FFS Pjanic who has zero affection for the club has reduced his salary, but the Catalan boys, who supposedly love the club, couldn't even take a small paycut.

And people still call them legends. They pissed on everything good they have done in the past, the harm they have done in the past 3 years will never be forgotten. How anybody can still defend them is beyond me. Hope to never see anyone of them in any club function in the future.

Great performance by Laporta, Alemany et al to turn this around like this, even with all that dead weight still to be shed.

New LaLiga spending caps out:

Real Madrid: ?683.5m
Barcelona: ?656.5m
Atletico: ?341m

After sale of club assets, Bar?a's cap has increased from -?144m, a rise of almost ?800m

Javier Tebas says without palancas next season (and BLM still an option) limit likely to reduce again, so Bar?a will need to continue work on reducing wage bill, perhaps even player sales etc still

Javier G?mez, LaLiga's corporate general director, says as of June 30 Barcelona's net financial debt stood at ?875m and that claims of higher debt are exaggerated

Tebas: Don't forget Bar?a's palancas, the sale of TV rights, represents 5% of their total revenue. It's a small amount for Bar?a & is not endangering their revenue or the viability of the club. There is not a risk of bankruptcy

Good stuff. Especially knowing we?ll probably offload the four captains next summer.

There is not a risk of bankruptcy.”"There has been no help from La Liga with Bar?a. To register Kound?, Barcelona had to provide a personal guarantee. Bar?a were not at risk of bankruptcy, they have plenty of assets, but they have to control and reduce their wage bill a lot."
The topic of the bankrupt club will not be raised again?
