Players do want to join, but not when situation is so out of control as is with toxic ass leader and a former CL winner flopping and being benched.
If they get rid of the cancer and stop overshooting their mark with CL ambitions they'll be back in contention for players that are now in perhaps a better spot.
Were much better off when OGS was there and they were quite stable, even in contention for Haaland until signed CR on wrong judgement.
Case won't go there in current state. Maybe next year.

They should go for out of favor people with something to prove that will not be bothered by backstage politics and focus on themselves, but several of them available are gambles i.e. Icardi

Should identify more realistic targets. From what I've seen they'd probably be best off going for a winger, CDM and maybe a forward provided they negotiate CR exit, but could also coast for a year with Rashford.
