On top of that, Inter shouldn't have been down to 10 in the first place. Naga's first yellow was a dive from Callejon. The team did however play much better after subbing Icardi because of the sending off, which is worrisome for his sake.
Regardless this should hopefully shut some people up who say that Inter play bad football and don't deserve to be top or can't be real title challengers. If we were that horrible then Napoli (who most agree are the best team in the league this season) should have annihilated us at home especially after being reduced to 10 men.
