I think he can. He drops deep to get the ball a lot and doesn’t like to go long without it. For as great as Pedri is, he’s happy to go long periods without being involved.
I don’t usually get too giddy or hang my hat on players too much but I truly think he transforms the team.

We still lack that KDB in the midfield. Pedri is trying to be more complete midfielder but he ain't there yet.

If we get rid of Depay + Braithshit + some other plebs + Frenkie makes new contract with less money , will we be able to buy Bernardo and keep Frenkie ?

Good question, i also thought about it, would be amazing. Even though i think depay would be good sub player when barca needs a goal.

I doubt it unless we pull another lever. I get the feeling its Frenkie OR Bernardo, both would really be incredible though.
