He was always sort of like Pirlo but with a bit better reach through his long legs.
As Cruyff said (about Pep though), he defended a doorpost brilliantly.

This season he played a bit more Pirlo-like through balls, before it was more the all the more brilliant passes between lines or to evade press.

He needs to sit on bench next season. As long as he starts games vs good teams, we will lose. He has completely lost his speed/quickness. He can still be useful vs parked busses but that should be his only use. We need to find replacement.. Badly. Someone who can advance the game and bring speed/quickness.

Only vs very deep parked buses where an incisive through ball is needed.

Bruh dont get your hopes up. Expect another season of FDJ, an old, slow past it Shitsquets and mr no end product Pedri. Its disappointing and the midfield will be so shit its not even fun but im like used to it already and dont expect anything at all, that way i cant get so incredibly disappointed once shit starts hitting the fan.

aah yes, FDJ. this midfield maestro that blows hot and cold, can't even dream of hitting passes that busquets makes with his eyes closed and still doesn't know his best position in our team.

looking objectively at things, FDJ was no better or worse than busquets this season.

Dude is from Masia , spent his career at Barcelona and worst part is that as finished as he is now , if he doesn't play our midfield looks lost.

That's the scary part where people should be pragmatic.

replacing for the sake of replacing and accepting mediocrity just because it's "fresh" will lead us to the midtable league soon.

Best stable formation for us is to have Busquets as a DM with both De Jong and Wijnaldum as workhorse CMs

Up front we can have a trio of Griez/Fati - Messi - Aguero/Pedri

And last we can have Puig as our water boy

2021 and this one is still here, laughable for Barca to still have to put up with old entitled fuker like him, Pique and Alba, Roberto, and the all the frenchie. Barto fuked us up and yet we will likely have no money to rectify anything
