This guy can't even deal with pressing in bum La Liga. He'd get obliterated in the PL.

MLS/UAE/Japan etc...is the only destination for him.

Firmino was brilliant the other day ..

He has had an injury plus Covid plus Jota has been fantastic since he joined but I think he would come here now he is not guaranteed a place

Sure De Jong scored the goal,but he disappointed me very much this season. Nico is really not great, i don't think we should focus on him on being an important player in the future. Pedri can't play holding mid either. Sure, Busquets is not that great either, we need better in that position. But we don't have a better defensive mid right now in our squad. It is what it is.

Busqs is still producing moments of magic in every game .. he just needs a bit more protection .. Nico is a kid and still developing yet he already looks a good player .. Pedri is special .. just not close to being fit yet

Crazy thing is Busqs gets slaughtered after each game IF he gives ONE ball away or gets caught in possession yet the other night FDJ and Pedri were both guilty of both things and many times yet nobody says a word against them

Thats a quite a big exaggeration, he was ok, nothing more. But he is a shadow of himself no matter what the reasons. He is still a good and useful player though, his pressing alone is very valuable. But in this team he would only press alone so it wouldn't be of any use. I really hope we go for some younger player that would suit us better.
