Out of the Trio of Xavi-Busi-Iniesta, it's fair to say his decline was far worse and it's not even close.
At least Xavi and Iniesta decided to ride off to the sunset and try something else. Busi will still be here using his reputation as a crutch in order to dupe coaches into believing he's still good.
