If he goes City it would be better for City. He will count as a home grown player and his credentials in the Premier League are known.

Haaland can go to City when Raoila pushes for his inevitable next move at 25/26. By then Pep might be out of City, or the fat rat may have succumb to poisoned cheese.

City maximum at present is 65 million pounds for a player. United are more likely to pay 100 million plus or PSG. City may add a player to their bid but that is still a long way short.

City seems a logical destination but Chelsea might be more feasible due to reluctance from Khaldoon et al to spend what Levy is probably going to demand

Spurs won’t sell to Chelsea. They’ve accepted lesser money for a player than Chelsea have offered in the past e.g. Modric

This is like a PL fan suggesting Barcelona selling Messi to RM is a feasible option. Lol

Not really. Arsenal would be a better example. Both because they are direct rivals and roughly fighting for the same league position

NL Derby's more fierce, yeah. Chelsea's not directly competing with Spurs (not this season), yeah. But they are cultural rivals, and have been for more than half a century. Levy never deals with Chelsea, and vice versa. Arsenal/Chelsea dealings are more likely. I would say the hatred between the London clubs are bigger than the hatred between RM and Barcelona.

Levy has nothing to decide, only to set the fee should Harry put in a transfer request - especially since his desire is to stay in England. Leaves few possible destinations

Logical fallacy to compare it to Leo

Laplacian is right, Spurs and Chelsea hate each other. It is a bitter rivalry. I couldn't see Kane betraying Spurs for Chelsea either, been at the club for 16 years.

Sol Campbell was at Spurs for 12 years, and he had no problems to betray them for an even bigger rival in Arsenal. Everything is possible, but in the end, he will probably stay at Spurs, shouldn't have signed the contract in 2018, it was a huge career mistake in hindsight.
