I caught the end of the AFTV watchalong and they were already acting like the league could be gone lmao.

I think with Glasner you get the same issue. It'll be a style that doesn't translate.

Surely Thomas Frank has got to go now?

If Arsenal choke from here it'll be generational.

Alleyne is talented but fuck me he isn't really for this straight out of a Championship loan. He's a bag of nerves.

Should be a red for Dalot really but the refs will leave it rather than "ruin the game".

He's the footballing David Brent. If you thought Brendan Rodgers was bad, wait till you hear some of the shit he comes out with.

    14 - Marcus Rashford

Semenyo looks better than him tbh, and Cherki too when he's in wide positions. He just doesn't produce goals or many assists. All the good stats he produces are the same ones Grealish did, who they've now essentially binned off.

    Manchester United

It takes a full generation at least for a massive club to fully drop off. If Madrid finished 8th for 10 seasons in a row they'd still be the biggest club in the world.

City choking and with their CB situation I can't see them winning the league even if Arsenal fall off.

His ideal role is a #6 or #8 but he doesn't really have the mobility for it in the Premier League or the ability on the ball to negate that weakness, that's why he's most effective when Chelsea just put him in the #10 with a pair of athletes behind him. He'd be better off in Spain or Italy really.

    Manchester United

English clubs will stay loyal to a manager for a year or more longer than they should, but the second they talk shit about the people above them they're dead men walking.

    Chelsea

Because as soon as they come back up they'll be title challengers again with a proper team built to win, not a load of young players bought to be sold. There's already rumours of Chelsea wanting to cash in on Palmer and buy Rogers. It's just gonna be constant churn under the current owners.

Maresca clearly wanted out, linked with the City job. Makes me think City know they're being relegated and he's the ideal option if Pep won't do a season in the Championship.

United dropping points to Wolves is hilarious. Wolves didn't even sit deep.

    Viktor Gyökeres

They don't play to his strengths and I don't think he's good enough to justify changing the way they play for that reason either. I don't see this one working out, especially with Arteta who is known for not getting the best out of #9s.
