    Pedro Rodriguez

I remember on one instance when Xavi had the ball up the pitch but at that time there was no one to pass forward to on that side and he was waiting for Pedro who was just jogging back from an offside position and I just wanted to give him a kick up the backside. If you're not going to contribute...

Do you think Milan will score on Camp Nou?

We don't have more than a 23-30% chance of going through the next stage.

    Xavi Hernández

I want Thiago to play instead of Xavi on Saturday. His passing and movement just isn't upto mark but defensively it's like he's not even there, people just stroll past him easily. When he doesn't have the ball, it's like the game is too fast for him.

    Gerard Piqué

Pique makes a few too many mistakes to be considered a world class CB. The fact is that he is making more and more of these mistakes in the last couple of years when Puyol is feauturing less due to age or injury. And I know Puyol made mistakes too.

    5 - Carles Puyol

I agree. Pique is also getting more exposed when he doesn't have a more healthy, younger Puyol beside him.

    Penal Madrid

Despite everything, I would like to see both Madrid and Barcelona qualify from this round of the Champions League and meet in the latter rounds . Even though we might very well fail when looking at how many goals we are conceding, i will still relish the challenge of watching my favourite club...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

To me his work-rate just wasn't up to stratch especially when you compare that to Ronaldo. You can clearly see that Cristiano plays with a chip on his shoulder because he's got to prove to everyone that he's the best player and you don't see Messi playing with that same edge.

    Penal Madrid

I won't say that they have had the 'upper hand against us consistently'. We played better than them in the first leg of the Copa del Rey. It will be interesting to see how Madrid handle the Clasico in La Liga. They have got an important game coming up at Old Trafford and playing against Barca...

    Cristian Tello

His introduction made a positive impact but the fact that the Sevilla players and defenders were more fatigued in the second half also had an effect. He needs to learn to be a better dribbler and be less predictable as you could see the opposing defenders showing him on the inside all the time....

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

The quality of his throughballs has declined. Messi didn't play great in this game especially in the first half but he still managed to score a goal. So it's a good sign if a player manages to contribute even if he is below-par.

    David Villa

Villa plays better in a central role,he 's not as good of a passer as some of our others players but he does have the killer instinct in front of goal that we really need. His run and movement for the first goal really showed his quality. Even if he doesn't start against Madrid, he should play...

    Eric Abidal

We've really missed him. He lacked speed in his last couple of years and wasn't the most technically gifted of our players but he was generally sound defensively. The fact that we had Alves and Abidal provided more balance to the team because Abi was more conservative. Right now, having two...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

I remember he went wide early on in the game and even got the better of Constant when he did but as usual there was no one to cross to in the box. I saw towards the end of the Celtic match that Messi was playing wide as well. For a club with the ambitions and resources of Barca, the fact that we...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

:lol: You actually think Messi likes to drop deep and dribble past 3 or 4 defenders on a less than ideal playing surface???? Messi has had plenty of runs and tap ins for goals when he has had the service this season. Our midfield had a terrible game and were frequently pressured and...

    Xavi Hernández

He didn't look fit at all and was probably the player who was most responsible for the second goal because he doesn't track Muntari's run.

    Cesc Fàbregas

It's something you will find in most fan forums any way. There will be bandwagoners everywhere. Just look at the Mascherano thread and how that has changed, if you had questioned Masch's abiility as a CB in the beginning of the season or last year, you would have gotten crucified. However, some...

    Daniel Alves

Yes, he was marked by Alves otherwise he would have had a free shot at goal from an even better position. What was Dani supposed to do??? Cover Muntari and leave Sharawy to shoot???

    Daniel Alves

I find it amazing that people are blaming Dani Alves for the second goal. The lack of defensive knowledge here is astounding. Are these the same people that were referring to an undersized former DM as a 'beast' at CB just before this season and wanted him to play that position for Argentina...

    Cesc Fàbregas

He was poor but then so were others. Only an idiot would put this result all on him but I've said it in the past as well, Cesc is not as good when you deny him time and space. You don't get that luxury against better teams like Madrid etc. He also loses possession and gets hassled off the ball...

    14 - Javier Mascherano

To me it's just extremely risky having Masch as a CB anymore. You can clearly see now how the other forwards don't respect him in the way they attack him because they know they can get Masch to commit a bad tackle or an error. He's become a real liability at that position now.
