That's more because of Lucho, than injuries. We may not have had our best 11 on the field very often but Lucho seems to enjoy putting out some of the worst possible lineups he can think of and then subs off Alba for Digne in the second half.

Having Bravo wouldn't make our season any better. When the team is performing this poorly Bravo can't help us, as shown when he was actually here.

I wouldn't say Gomes is better, but the Alcantara genes leave them very injury prone, which I don't see being a problem for Gomes.

Sums it up pretty nicely. This is almost a universal thing, especially with Lucho. The best B team players are quietly ignored until their form starts to dip, and then they're not good enough to be called up.
