For once it was only the 2nd easiest draw you could have got and the 2nd toughest for Barca I really don't understand why you haven't got Leicester and Barca Bayern. At least if the favourites win there won't be a Wolfsburg for Penaldo to destroy in the quarters. -

Messi has to win the CL for Barca to win it next year and even then Ronaldo winning the Confederations and top scoring (loads of goals against New Zealand) would swing it combined with a league title. It's hard to see Barca winning the CL without a Real Madrid type draw. -

It's Ronaldo's next year as well with La Liga in the bag, possibly an unbeaten season and a stat pad at Confederations Cup. CL is his chance, but Real get all the luck with the draws and Messi is hampered by playing in a bad team. You can't win a CL without a midfield. -

The transfer ban really set Barca back. Real have accounted for it by bringing through quality young players. La Masia is really letting Barca down, combined with Lucho not utilising it or losing the few good talents. Bellerin and Grimaldo for example should be in our squad. -

It doesn't matter how much a team hurt them if they can't follow through. Wolfsburg 'hurt them' last season but totally bottled it in the end. Teams are too scared of them and wilt when put under any pressure. Barca are the only team who can stop them and this Barca are no great shakes. -

They get the best CL draws and the La Liga fixture list works perfectly for them too. They've had winnable home games after all the CL games, whereas Barca have had to go to places like Sociedad and Sevilla. -

It's actually scary what Zidane is building there. Even Pep's Barca lost games. I just can't see them ever losing. When you combine with their perfect CL draws, a treble and unbeaten league season are on the cards followed by Penaldo winning another Ballon D'or. Barca being crap makes it... -
