    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Tbh, we havent really seen the 4 play in the CL so it's hard to tell but if u want them to play together I would still put Messi as a false 9 with Dembele on the right. We look more balanced that way. If Valverde plays the same way he did now in the CL(Messi RW, Dembele LW, Suarez CF) then for...

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

BBZ8800 High risk, high reward and dembele plays a more direct style. Nothing surprising about pass succession. I would be more concern about whether he contributes heavily to the team. If u are judging players by that list, then I would assume you want benzema in place of Dembele? But taking...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

I really dont mind "defending the lead" if we have to. We dont have to "control" the game because EV doesnt really know how to at all. That's not his forte at all. But what throws me off is the fact that when he defends, he just defends with no answers. No intention to break on the counter...

    Neymar Jr.

Think he's already missing the club  But I agree, he's a toxic character and the further away he is the better.

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

Ah i see. But that sort of "lost balls" seems too vague and it could be due to alot of players positions whether they play alot of crosses or passes. It's best we break them up into crosses, passes, dribbles, dispossession, and measure them using success rate. If u clump them all together...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Garrus I dont get the obsession with the comparing to Pep and try to bring them to the same level as much as possible. These 2 are definitely not the same in terms of their knowledge and depth in coaching. It's like saying just because Pep did bring defensive subs, automatically they are the...

    Luis Suárez

Well, if he did then credits to him but truth remains, he didnt. Isnt providing much to the team, in terms of linkups or creating chances, just doing very minimal stuff, at most taking one or two shots. I get people are still clinging on to the past Suarez and wishing he can make a comeback...

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

I'm not too sure what "lost balls" mean here, but if we are talking about dispossession alone, then Dembele is more or less the same as Messi at around 4 dispossessions per game because they tend to possess the ball more. In fact Messi was dispossessed 6 times against Valladolid.

    Luis Suárez

I wouldn't say it's his weak spot either but it's more of his physical limitations and decline that takes a toll on all that, which is not exactly a good thing either. On top of that, he havent effectively converted any of his shots.

    Luis Suárez

I thought Dembele was previously "analysed" for not making certain runs or make specific decisions? But I think what they meant is him positioning himself better in the box or more centrally since he is now an in-and-out central striker. He isnt a RF anymore.

    Luis Suárez

It's more of tactics. Messi doesnt have the tenacity to play as RW, to get past fullbacks or make runs into the box. Instead, Suarez gets the luxury to be in the middle in the box, but rarely ever puts a good foot forward which results in very weak links between the front 3. These puts alot...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

It's not really rocket science, Valverde isn't suited for our set of players and style and I just dont see the point in trying to argue or defend him at this point. He's very unlikely to create history or great achievements here even if you were to give him another season. His team...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

He doesnt really give a shit about developing players or try something new, simple as that. He tries to justify himself in interviews, and his reasons are always the same, always just too focused on defense, the same old guards and can't seem to inspire the team offensively. After a while, all...

    Sergio Busquets

Suarez cant even hold on or linkup if his life depended on it. How is that supposed to be "faster"?

    Nelson Semedo

Semedo isnt a problem, it's more of a slow monotonous buildup that really stifles him. Same with Dembele. It's always best they play together as they can be more direct together with it.

    Premier League 2018/19

Hard to tell, EV messing up his tactics big time. Obviously we have players like Messi, who can potentially carry the team but if opponents can shut out this dysfunctional team, then it may become a problem. Atletico is a strong one this year. Too early to tell.

Lol there's absolutely NO WAY we are winning the CL if we were to keep up like this.

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Yea clearly these managers lack alot of coaching experience especially at big clubs. If anything, his style of play doesnt even fit that of Barca's. It boggles my mind to how he even got selected. They literally just see if they played for Barca in the past and just decide "he's the one"...
